About Essential Fire Services

Essential Fire Services is a West Australian-owned and operated company. We started with a simple idea: building owners and property managers deserve a fire protection provider they can rely on, trust, and build a lasting relationship with.

With five specialised departments — Wet Fire, Dry Fire, Inspection & Testing, Passive Fire, and Emergency Preparedness (AS 3745) — we cover all aspects of fire safety. Our departments are led by experienced specialist managers, and our skilled technicians have extensive expertise in fire system repairs, installations, and maintenance.

From our centrally located Osborne Park office and warehouse, we run twenty-two fully equipped service vehicles and a dedicated support team — delivering prompt, efficient service to over 600 sites across the Greater Perth metro area.

Essential Fire Services utilises a digital asset management system with QR code tracking, in conjunction with our Client Portal 3.0. This gives you real-time visibility into your fire protection assets, compliance status, inspection reports, and testing history — all in one place.
